I live in the US and had my purchase within 7-10 business days, which was nice. Great packaging! Love the light scent and ingredients in the body butter and lip balm. I will be reordering.
easy ordering, kept informed on progress of order and it arrived when expected, all in good order. No problems.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We completely understand that our duo's scent is bold. We do have customers who absolutely love it, but we genuinely appreciate that fragrance is deeply personal, and what works for one person can be overwhelming for another.
We also want to acknowledge that Tommy's suggestion to use less product, while well-intentioned and actually grounded in how rich our formulas are, clearly didn't land the way it was meant to, and we're sorry it felt dismissive.
