We had an issue with that laundry tub shipment at the end of May, which we have since fixed with our supplier. Our team made sure the second laundry tub we sent you had extra padding and air packed to ensure there was no damage in transit. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, I am calling you to discuss further.
