Easy simple booking
Booking was easy and communication was good, I just had a problem with the payment gateway when I booked but this was quickly resolved by the team

Great property, good location for exploring Exmoor and the coast.
Easy to use website and ease of booking online. Good accurate photos of the property. Cottage was spotlessly clean with good quality furnishings and fixtures, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils.

My balance was due on Good Friday and it asked me to send an email when I had paid so they could check it had been received. I did this but didnt expect to hear anything until after the Easter break...
