A member of staff should be available to answer BBQ questions when customers phone - I phoned twice to be told the BBQ person w as not available. Item sent to me was the wrong size due to an error...

Excellent service, delivery was delayed (not the fault of the BBq store) but I was fully informed of what was going on. I will use them again definately
