I am sorry to hear you did not receive correspondence from us to advise your order was ready to collect.
When an order is received at the store and scanned in an automatic text and/or email is generated to the customer. Unfortunately this did not happy on this occasion.
We would love to see you as a returning customer. We hope this incident does not prevent you from purchasing with us in the future.

Standard delivery was so fast and excellent contact between courier on morning of delivery
The shop itself is good but waiting for an order is to long, I've waited 11 days for jeans and still not received

Ordered on a Sunday at about 3pm received the trainers at 11am the next day
