First class service from Rachel. One call answered quickly and managed to book two weeks in Madeira. In marked contrast to the time we waste with most companies when you try to call them.

Paul was very helpful and efficient but the booking time was very lengthy due to all the terms and conditions etc he had to run over worth me after I had made my decision to book!
