Delayed delivery date.

Thank you very much for your feedback,

I am sorry we could not supply the mouth puppet you required, unfortunately the manufacturer has discontinued the product and we are unable to obtain further stocks at present.  I understand this has caused disappointment, talking to our buying department we are struggling to find an alternative,

My purchases arrived on time. One of the items did not work properly so I spoke to a lovely lady who sent me a replacement asap. Great service.
