I am really sorry that your experience with us has not been as smooth as it should have been on this occasion.
I understand that any delay with switching can be very frustrating. However it is important to wait to hear from the original supplier about why the switch did not go ahead before starting another switch. This is in case there is something that needs to be fixed (for example an issue with the industry database). Starting more than one switch can also lead to further problems down the line.
