Do keep up the great work with your swim technique, it is difficult to make big technique changes in just a week, but if you keep working on what you’ve learned you will start to see improvements in no time. If you would like a list of specific points to work on, please email alice@swimquest.uk.com and we will ensure we get an update from James and Mia based on your swimming during the tour and will send some points through to you to focus on when you’re swimming at home. In terms of the single supplement, it is actually quite unusual for everyone to be in a sole use room (usually we get at least half the group wanting twin / double share rooms) however we do try to keep the single supplements as low as possible and will continue to do so! We very much hope to swim with you again soon.
