Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - we are delighted you enjoyed your time with our guides and will be sure to pass on your kind comments. We are, however, very sorry to hear you didn't feel your room lived up to the rest of the trip, but we are grateful for your comments. We have been in touch with the hotel to fix the room issues for upcoming trips, and will ensure we work with the hotel over the winter months to ensure the regular maintenance jobs are completed. If you would like to speak to us about your trip in any further detail we are always happy to hear from you. You can contact Alice on +44 7825 301443 or email alice@swimquest.uk.com.
