Why ask?
If they could just pay me the $50 plus dollars that they haven't paid me for the "Live Surveys" that I have successfully completed over at least 3 months...or more, then maybe I can give more stars.

All those payments spanning over a number of years and totalling a reasonably substantial amount,, have been issued to you within a matter or hours of being requested, and many payments sent instantly. If you have an issue with Live Surveys crediting your account, then that is an issue you should raise directly with them, and it is also where you should direct your 2 stars.
