Good communication regarding updates of when the product was being shipped. Glasses eventually arrived (in NZ) and were in pretty good condition (apart from a tiny scratch on the frame).
I still have not received my sunglasses and it has been close to a month. I also haven't been contacted in regards to why there has been a delay and every time I try to track my purchase I am given...
