Hi -
We first want to apologize for the issue. We have taken actions to turn off some of the rooms in this property due to this issue. We are working with the hotel to fix this immediately and will be offering you a credit for this booking.
We truly apologize.
Thanks

Hi Clare -
We have found the error and it was on the hotel technology/payment side. We have worked with the hotel to reverse all transactions that were charged besides the deposit.
We have also given you a credit for your inconvenience. Truly apologize as sometimes hotel/middleware systems are out of our control. We do everything we can to rectify a situation and hope this works for you.
