Stefan, your response is not acceptable and here is why: How are we supposed to keep track of Swedish Holidays if you don’t send auto reply emails to your customers letting them know when they should expect an answer after sending complaint or email. Thankfully the wrong address was my old address and there are still people I know that helped, but what if at was my old address no one I knew helped me ? What would Stutterheim do? Would they still want me to return something that I don’t have access to? Overall, Not a pleasant customer experience for such a “highly” regarded company.
