The bento lunch kit is amazing and considering it was shipping from Australia to Canada it arrived reasonably quickly.

It wasn’t apparent on their website that I was ordering from Australia. The address I saw was for U. S.

No issues with customer service; my package came in the timeframe predicted.

I recieved my purchase quickly and with lots of updates on when it would be coming.

I actually can’t rate the product as it has not yet arrived….it’s been over three weeks since I placed my order. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back.
