Thank you for your comments, we appreciate your feedback. Due to the limited availability of space on the ground floor most of our customers do use upper floor units. We aim to make this as easy as possible by providing a large lift and trolleys for moving your items. Our upper floor units are also discounted by 10% on top of all our deals and offers to help with any inconvenience. If you speak to the team in store they will be happy to let you know when a ground floor unit comes available for your items.
