Excellent service - prompt delivery and great communication. We had to return an item and this was dealt with professionally and quickly. Can’t fault the service and will use again.
Lately it happened that there were quite a lot of glassware that they didn't have in stock.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate our customers' feedback!
We understand that some of the glassware you had ordered were items we didn't currently have in stock, delaying part of your order and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We always strive to deliver orders promptly.
Unfortunately, there are occasions where we are experiencing delays due to constraints from our suppliers or manufacturers, which is why these items took longer than anticipated to reach you. We are reviewing how we can get more up-to-date information from our manufacturers when these situations arise.
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we're happy to hear you were pleased with the glasses and the service provided by our team. However, we are sorry that the delivery experience caused you any inconvenience. We have raised the issue with our courier service and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Excellent as always. From placing order online to very speedy delivery. Couriers excellent, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
