When the things were delivered, the boxes were damaged, as if someone had opened them, but the tissues were not missing.

When reviewing your photos, it appears as though there has been an attempt to repackage it by our courier. We will contact them to investigate this issue further.
Not received my order and it’s nearly a week since I placed it !!!!!

On reviewing your order, we can see it was despatched from our warehouse the day after you placed it. Unfortunately, the courier service experienced staff shortages that resulted in delayed deliveries. We understand that this isn’t good enough and have reviewed what happened to this order to try and prevent a delay happening again in the future.
