Second time in a fortnight I have ordered something showing on their site as in stock only to get an email several days later saying it's out of stock.

I was expecting an email with the delivery date as stated on the purchase email. I had to ring to get this date. Although it did arrive within the stated timescales

Sent wrong bracelet and didn't have a replacement, the second time this has happened!!
