The bookign process is really slow, the payment failed. Had to ring up in order to make the booking, so not great :(

Everything works really well, hotel prices easy to compare

No problems, everything worked as it should and was quick

When I first tried to book, the payment failed, but I rang up and SImon helped me out so it was all good in the end and didn't take much time :)
