We offer our extensive range of beading patterns in free downloadable format where no postage is charged and also in printed copies for a nominal charge of £1.95. When you placed your order you opted to receive a printed copy of this pattern and also opted to pay postage to receive a printed copy of this pattern. If you had contacted us prior to your order being sent then we would have been able to cancel the order and fully refund you. However you only contacted us to let us know that you had ordered a printed pattern in error several days after you placed the order and after it had already been sent to you - I'm afraid that once the order is in the post then we are unable to recall it and cancel it. We do our very best to serve the beading community by offering hundreds of free downloadable patterns and lots of inspiration on our YouTube channel and website and pride ourselves in offering a very high standard of customer service.
