I ordered by phone and the girl was very helpful and friendly and clearly knew the stock. The item arrived sooner than expected and was exactly as advertised.

Shrunk after first wash done according to your instructions. Appreciate your offer to exchange but I feel i can’t as I,ve worn the nightdress
Unreliable, I ordered a few items.
Heard several days after ordering that only one thing was available, everything else would be several months.
Cancelled the outstanding items.

Really good quality clothes. Helpful and friendly assistants. Prompt delivery. Always advised if there will be a delay. Just wish I could still visit the shop in Stratford on Avon, sadly now closed!
