Every aspect of the hiring processes, vehicle preparation and handover were excellent and could not be faulted. Their representatives were thorough and careful but always interested and friendly.

We are sorry to hear of your experience and thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were stranded, looking back at the case it appears our emergency team was under the impression you were able to get home using the tyre inflator kit and would get a replacement tyre at a convenient time. Please be assured your comments regarding the necessity of having a spare wheel instead of the inflation kit have been fed back to the team to make improvements and we hope to get the chance to change your mind in the future. Perhaps this was via a previous supplier? as the vehicle we supplied to you, was a long wheel-base Vivaro Crew Van as needed. Great to hear that you were happy with the vehicle once it arrived.

Easy hire process
A nice car was delivered at the time and location to suit me. I was then able to leave it at the repair shop for it to be picked up when I collected my car. No problems at all.
