Dear Asad, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern, particularly after seeing Premium Economy seats available on Lufthansa’s website. However, availability and pricing can vary depending on the booking channel and may change in real time. Upon reviewing the booking, we found that our representative offered the best available option at the best price. We hope we have been able to clarify our position. We kindly request that you give us another opportunity to serve you better. Regards Southall Travel

Dear Vikram, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this confusion may have caused. Typically, we are fully equipped to match a lower price within 24 hours of your initial purchase. However, there may be specific circumstances under which the price match policy may not apply. Unfortunately, in your situation, the criteria for a price match were not met, leading to the denial of your request. Best Regards, Southall Travel
