I'm sure this problem was a one-off blip, caused by an unexpected surge in demand, and it was very quickly rectified. I'll certainly buy from sousvidetools again.
huge apologies. The original lid must of either got damaged in transit or this was a picking error. These lids are cut in a very delicate way via a water jet cutting machine to ensure we have no scratching. I will contact you directly to resolve this matter.
