Good Morning, we did clearly display that our cut off for guaranteed Christmas deliveries was the 18th December. I have spoken with Parcelforce as your order was received into Belgium 24hrs after your ordered. However, as Christmas Eve is a Holiday the carrier was not working. They have assured me your order will be delivered this coming Monday\Tuesday at the latest. I hope this helps you. Thanks
