The product was awful (broke and the the replacement broke) but Sonic were quick to respond and arrange a replacement (1st time) and a collection and refund the 2nd time.
Very good experience dealing with Sonic, my goods were delivered on the day requested. The item was competitively priced and more to the point was in stock where other suppliers had sold out.
