I have looked into the details of this call and from what I can see, it appears that although you were initially unable to get through on the phone (and left a Voicemail) the call log shows we tried to call you back within 30 minutes. The history then shows several conversations and email exchanges with the Support Engineer, with the call being closed off in our system 4hrs later. Was this not your experience?
