Thank you for your feedback, but we feel this review is unjustified. The first we knew that your order had not arrived was via email on Saturday 25th October simply saying 'My parcel haven't arrived'. Despite being away exhibiting, I responded to your email almost immediately, firstly apologising and then saying that I did not have access to my laptop to check DPD tracking information but would look into it and if is lost, would re-send your order on Monday. Upon checking, it looks like DPD cannot trace your parcel so I re-sent your order out on Monday, as I said that I would. When parcels go missing, it is out of our control but we ALWAYS re-send the order again to our customer, usually at our cost as we do not always get reimbursed for lost parcels. As a small business, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our customer service, so it is disappointing to receive this review for something that was out of our control and that we responded to and actioned immediately. We also notice you have given us a one star product review, which is strange because how can you review a product that you did not receive?
