Good quick reliable service, good product range competatively priced.

My recent order was handled badly be the warehouse/despatch. with packages turning up with despatch notes that were incorrect saying products were enclosed but the were not. Products that were in stock did not arrive next day.
The follow up action by Slingsby was handled well and all products have now arrived apart from a new catalogue which was ordered online 2/3 weeks ago and put on this order. I have still not received a catalogue

We have used Slinsby over a number of years and have always had good sevice
I waited longer than I originally anticipated for the products and had to call up twice to find out where they were, ordered online 22nd March and delivered 6th March.
