I did not enjoy using the Slingsby website which was my initial method for purchase of the item. I found it very hard to find what i was looking for and resorted to using the catalogue and phoning in the order.
I also thought that the quoted delivery time of 2 weeks was a little excesive in this day and age although the item arrived slightly quicker than this.
