SkyParkSecure are a Price Comparison Website and Booking Agent, we do not own/operate the Car Parks or provide the service.
We operate a complaints procedure and should a Customer feel it is relevant to raise a complaint this should in the first instance be sent our Customer Service Team to enable us to contact the company on your behalf.
I have had a look into your booking and can see that we have not received a complaint from you.
