Thank you for your review. We were sorry to note your comments regarding the Oksana and your one-star rating. We did, as you know, acknowledge receipt of your original review on another website and promised an investigation. You did though confirm that this would not be necessary, that your original review had not included the positives, that you were happy with our chalet hosts in general and that there had been just some minor details you were unhappy with. That being the case we are of course disappointed at the Feefo rating you have given, that the review states our service to have been “poor overall” and your stated intention not to book with us again any time soon.
