Generally good service but need to check that all you discuss and agree is actually done, particularly re the flight eg booking vege meals.

Excellent service, shame about the tea

Excellent service, excellent chalet but the tea was execrable. Need to get Yorkshire tea bags urgently. to complement the stonking breakfasts and afternoon cake.
