Chalet Virage - good but with some teething problems

Pretty good apart from not fixing the issues when they were reported or finding a temporary solution which should have been possible.

Excellent location and spacious property

The chalet staff were very helpful and friendly - it was their first week so they were finding their feet. We had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent ski trip in spite of an accident.

All staff very cheerful, helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble. Extremely helpful in organising the extra assistant needed on our return journey after an accident.
