Knowledgeable staff

Knowledgeable staff but needed to phone as website couldn’t cope. First holiday i selected came back with a flight error. The alternative I chose wouldn’t let me book my ski pass because I was over 70

Website Fail

Tried to book online, but website kept failing on both Chrome and Safari. Had to call to book - but therefore lost out on 3.15% cashback which SkiWorld wouldn’t match
