Skin Chemists got on to my order as soon as I contacted them, sending a lovely gift of apology. It was despatched immediately and I received it in plenty of time to send as gifts to friend and family. Thank you Rajeev.
Das Päckchen war nicht beschädigt und kam rechtzeitig. Ich würde mir eine bessere Übersetzung und Anwendungshinweise- z.B. was für welche Altersgruppe am besten wäre-wünschen.
I am still waiting for my products almost 3 weeks later. I have emailed querying where they are and have had no response. Instead, i am sent this prompt to provide feedback on products not received.
