I found it very easy to order online and the delivery was excellent got my delivery within 4 days of ordering. The packaging was very professional with easy instructions to follow.
The customer service via email was great but I never received an email regarding subscription despite asking several times.

We checked our database and we sent you an email confirmation on 10th April saying we removed your subscription as you asked us to do. Probably you did not receive it and we are sorry about that.

I bought the under eye concealer which broke after one use, I've emailed twice now and had no response. Bad customer service puts me off buying from a company
