The product came really quickly and was packaged up really well with a cardboard box and lots of padding inside so that the item wouldn't get broken through delivery.
Amazing shipping service and amazing serum!! Skins feels incredible after first use! One of my new favourite stores 🙂

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry the product didn't work for you. Serums best work when combined with a moisturiser. Please try to apply it under your daily moisturiser and you should see a boost in the hydration of your skin that way. If your skin type is on the drier side, a different range of products, suh as the caviar range, might be a better option.
