Thank you for the kind words about our booking process. Seeing the price drop the morning after you booked is really frustrating and we completely understand that this would put a dampener on your experience. Unfortunately, it was unlucky timing with MSC launching a sale with 10% off the following day. While we always try our best to offer a great deal, our pricing is based on MSC pricing, so when their prices go up, or down, ours do too. Once a booking is confirmed the fare is locked in, which does at least mean you are protected if prices rise. We hope you have a wonderful cruise 💙🛳
