Clear information, ease of application
Information is very clear and the online process easy to follow. Importantly, there are alternative ways to contact them if need be in order to talk to a human being which at times is required.

Very efficient.
So far so good. Moderately good at responding. They seem very able and professional. Hopefully when I die my next of kin finds them equally efficient and professional.
