Simply terrible

Awful, awful, awful, despite all the good reviews left for these people I don’t understand why. I had no communication from them, none, and everything that needed to be done had to be chased by me....

First class worry free

At a very difficult time for the family everything was taken care off with the minimum of involvement from us. Even the ashes were delivered to us. The undertakers involved were first class.

I am glad that you were pleased with the urn, although I appreciate you would have preferred that it was not your mother's legal name on the name plate rather the name she was known by. I am not sure if it was discussed with the arranger whom you met with at the funeral home, but it may be possible to put a new name plate on the urn with your mother's legal name and 'known as' name underneath.
