I would most definitely recommend Simplicity Cremation.
At what was a most difficult time the staff member I spoke to was both sympathetic and very helpful. They helped to make a very stressful situation easier to cope with.

Excellent
My mother wanted a completely no fuss cremation.
No service, no flowers , no religeon etc.
Simplicity did just that for us , giving us choice to change things should we wish to.
We were kept infomed...

I was contacted by the local funeral director last friday 1 6 2018 and he brought my mother's remains the same day . I spoke to him about the fact that i was going to be told the day that my mother's cremation was to take place , and that did not happen , he was going to pass my comments on . He was very sympathetic and everything has now been resolved . Thank you for your reply .

Polite and respectful
Everyone has been so polite and helpful and made it very easy to sort everything out.
We are now looking at taking out a pre payment plan with yourselves so our children will have peace of mind too.

Simplicity were very good and have been helpful throughout, it’s the funeral directors they pass the organising onto I had problems with.
I live a distance from where my mother passed so the funeral...

Caring, thoughtful and very sympathtic
They were very sympathetic, Gail who came and saw me was lovely, totally understanding and put my mind at rest that Roy would be looked after with his cremation
