Simple but caring.
I wanted a simply cremation and they delivered. I requested a call to know when the cremation was taking place and they duly delivered upon that too. Kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Kind, sympathetic and very helpful
They were very sympathetic and helpful. They were happy to answer all my queries and made me feel that all would go well on the day, even helped with music choices. Also very quick to answer my emails
