Excellent service staff are excellent and make you feel comfortable
Very professional, made me feel nice and relaxed. The staff are well trained warm manored and very friendly helping the bereaved in such sad times. Vert happy with the whole service provided to me.

Caring thoughtful excellent service from the first call to the cremation.

Every thing went according to plan, we couldn't fault them on anything. The staff were pleasant and sympathetic without being too gushing

I have not yet received my funeral documents pack & it is past the date they said they would be received. I have no Idea if I'm covered or not.
