problem printer

purchase a roland printer 18 months ago but after 8 months it has never worked correctly with the yellow ink, and we just seem to be paying out for all the parts to be replaced

after the hope that the problem had been sorted it still exists despite spending £3000 on parts inc a new printhead that packed up after a few days, little support from signmaster or roland if you are not prepared to keep putting putting your hand in your pocket, support soon goes after the years warranty has gone.

Excellent service

Excellent service, my only gripe is that they sent me an invoice for something I had already paid for, though it only took about 10 mins to sort out.
