We are disappointed to see you have had a negative experience with Shredall SDS Group and we have been looking into this matter for you. We can see that you had a quote given to you in December and you requested a call back. Unfortunately this was missed internally. However since then i believe you have been in contact with our team and had confidential sacks sent to fill in January. Please do contact your account manager when you are ready for a collection.
