Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We are currently investigating what happened here as it seems to be a communication and invoicing issue. Our sales manager Ben will be contacting you to discuss this further as the person you originally dealt with has left the business. We apologise for the service you received, as you will see from our other reviews this is very unusual and we hope we can discuss the issue further and work with you again in the future.
