We are sorry to hear your service hasn’t met to our usual standards and would like to apologise for that. As you can see from our 4.8 out of 5-star review, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we are sad to hear you haven't received this. We did attempt to collect the confidential waste but we couldn’t get access to the site. We then tried to collect it a second time and again had the same problem. We tried to contact you to rebook a collection but unfortunately, we were unable to get in touch with you. We understand we have completed several collections for the company in the past and we’ve had no issues before. We are sorry for the miscommunication on this occasion, and we assure you this will not happen again.
