We are really sorry to see you have given us a one star review. As you will see from our rating we pride ourselves on customer service holding a platinum service award for over three years! After a thorough investigation, speaking to the team and looking through emails, unfortunately your charge was due to where you were based but this was stated in the confirmation e-mail, where all pricing was also clearly stated. This was also communicated via phone too. We are sorry for the miscommunication on this occasion, and we assure you this will not happen again.
